Convenient Installation

Frame (patient) is built with anti-vibration double pipe profiles and integrated with front & rear doors, top cover, side doors, 19-inch profile and bottom cover. All parts can be installed and uninstalled quickly, which facilitates installation convenient and cost effective.

Safe & Reliable

Frame (patent) is welded with double pipe profiles, reinforcing beams, corner reinforcing sheets, special corner connector. Static loading exceeds 1500kgs.

The seismic resistance passed the seismic intensity test of Lv.8 in China.

Flexible & Versatile

Inside structure can be customized to 19-inch profile or installation plate. The profile with 4 sides installation surfaces and double layer structure, which can extend 10% space and meet requirements of data center, industrial control cabinet and different projects.

Overview

1. Excellent seismic performance, comply with NEBS GR-63-CoRE2one4 (1617GAL) standard, seismic load 300kg.

2. Comply with ANSI/EIA, RS-310-D, IEC297-2, DIN41491:PART1, DIN41494:PART7, YD 5083-2005, GB/T3047.2-92 standards, compatible with 19”international standard, metric system and ETSI standard.

3. The frame (patent) is composed of double-pipe profiles, special 3 tees and reinforcement plates welded together. The overall structure is sturdy with a static load up to 1500kg.

4. Elegant split hexagonal mesh flat front and rear doors, ventilation area 74%. We also can customize high density mesh doors according to customer requirement.

5. Left and right side doors are fixed by screws, which is solid and reliable.

6. Casters are equipped for easy moving, and casters can be removed to fix the cabinet on the ground from the bottom.

7. Mounting profile is front and back adjustable (25mm interval). Standard servers can be installed.

8. Comfortable handle with safe lock and 3-point handle lock system to increase the security of the cabinet. The front and rear door can be opened 130 degree.

9. We can customize various specification and inside structure according to customer requirement.

10. Surface treatment: degreasing, ceramics, cleaning, electrostatic spraying.
