The whole assembly and installation is simple. All parts can be assembled and disassembled easily to reduce workload. Installation is simple and cost effective.
The welded structure makes the static loading up to 1000kg, which meet the safety requirement of high-end projects.
Inside structure can customized to 19-inch profile or installation plate. It could fulfill different requirements of data center , industrial control cabinet & other projects.
1. Comply with ANSI/EIA, RS-310-D, IEC297-2, DIN41491:PART1, DIN41494:PART7, YD 5083-2005, GB/T3047.2-92 standards, compatible with 19”international standard, metric system and ETSI standard.
2. The frame is composed of metal front and rear frame units and side beams. The overall structure is strong, and the static load is up to 1000kg.
3. Elegant single hexagonal mesh flat front door, split hexagonal mesh rear doors, ventilation area 70%. High density mesh doors could be customized.
4. Left and right side doors can be assembled quickly to facilitate easy work accessibility.
5. The front door can be opened from left or right hand sides.
6. The top is equipped with top cable entry cover and fan unit.
7. Mounting profile is front and back adjustable (25mm interval). Standard servers can be installed.
8. Comfortable handle with safe lock and 3-point handle lock system increase the security of the cabinet. The front and rear door can be opened 130 degree.
9. We can customize various specification and inside structure according to customer requirement.
10. Surface treatment: degreasing, ceramics, cleaning, electrostatic spraying;
11. Optional casters and adjustable leveling feet can be installed at the bottom of the cabinet. Cabinet is convenient to move and fix on ground as needed.
12. Optional accessories: castor tray, bottom plate, assistant mounting profile, cable tray, etc.
